ur client is a well-established organization providing specialized health benefits, retirement, risk management, and consulting solutions. Their Risk Solutions division is seeking a full-time Analyst to support underwriting and risk management activities. This role will review applications and renewals, evaluate risk information, calculate rates, prepare quotes, and analyze claims reports. Working closely with the Director of Underwriting and internal teams, the Analyst will help ensure accurate risk assessment, efficient processing, and timely service to members. Responsibilities: Review applications, renewals, and coverage changes; evaluate risk characteristics and exposures Apply underwriting guidelines and authority limits to determine coverage, premiums, and risk mitigation requirements Calculate renewal rates and prepare quotes for prospective members Prepare marketing materials and correspondence; track and follow up on outstanding quotes Maintain accurate new business records, worksheets, and documentation Support annual program renewals and coordinate materials for brokers, excess carriers, and actuaries Review and reconcile claims reports, maintain claims records, and coordinate member invoicing with Finance for claims paid from loss funds Prepare special claims reports and provide support for the Self-Insured Auto Program Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of insurance or financial services experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong mathematical, analytical, and data accuracy skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
