📣 I'm hiring a Business Analyst, Data Enablement for my team at United Community! This role connects the business with our Enterprise Data Team, which spans data engineering, platform, BI and data products, and data governance and quality. You’d be a first stop for data stewards across the Bank. You’d listen to what the business needs, turn it into clear requirements, definitions, and quality rules, and make sure the technical teams have what they need to act on it. You’d also train and support stewards so they feel confident in their roles, and help bring our most critical data to complete catalog entries. You might be a great fit if you: -Come from a business analysis background, including scrum masters and project professionals who have taken on requirements work -Or come from a training, enablement, or onboarding background and are eager to dive into the world of data -Facilitate workshops and explain ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences -Enjoy building relationships across business teams -Are curious about data governance, data quality, or how AI tools work with well-documented data -Experience with data catalogs (we use Coalesce Catalog) or a certification like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or CDMP is a plus. 📍 Greenville, SC | Full-time Interested, or know someone who would be?
