📢 Now Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | Pennsylvania | Hybrid Be part of a meaningful, three-year application modernization initiative that will improve how public utility complaints are managed and resolved! We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, process improvement, user story development, and testing for the modernization of a critical public-facing application. What you’ll do: - Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to document requirements and identify process improvements. - Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Data Modelers, and development teams. - Support functional testing, quality assurance, change management, and user adoption. Help ensure compliance with accessibility, security, privacy, and policy requirements. 📍 Work Model: Hybrid — 2 days onsite per week in Pennsylvania, including Wednesdays; 3 days remote.
