DescriptionThe Consultant serves as a cross-functional contributor supporting federal clients by executing structured analysis, project coordination, data-driven decision support, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality deliverables that improve mission outcomes. This role operates in complex government environments and supports client-facing workstreams through disciplined execution, strong communication, and readiness to support compliance, documentation, and adoption of new processes/tools. It requires the ability to translate project and operational data into actional insights using tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting platforms, as well as the ability to develop analyses and business cases that support leadership decision-making.
QualificationsProject Coordination & Delivery Support
· Coordinate and execute project activities and draft client deliverables in support of government mission objectives.
· Prepare materials for client meetings and briefings; document meetings, decisions, and action items to maintain delivery momentum.
· Maintain program documentation necessary to support client operations (e.g., trackers, SOPs, implementation guides, reporting artifacts).
· Identify schedule, resource, dependency, and delivery risks and help translate them into actionable recommendations for project leadership.
Analysis, Research, and Decision Support
· Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into clear, decision-ready products.
· Translate complex data and findings into clear, concise, decision-ready recommendations for clients and program leadership.
· Develop or contribute to business cases, options analyses, cost/benefit assessments, prioritization frameworks, and other decision-support products.
· Integrate information from multiple sources to develop defensible findings, assumptions, recommendations, and implement considerations.
· Support market research and discovery activities; contribute to technical documentation and implementation guidance as required by the client environment.
Tools, Dashboards, and Program Visibility
· Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reporting tools, and program trackers that provide leadership with visibility into performance, project health, schedules, risks, resources, and key metrics.
· Use tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, Salesforce, or other reporting and visualization platforms to organize, analyze, and communicate program information.
