Task: Water Quality
Role Description:
Assist water quality team with operations related to Water Testing Kits.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Modeling: β’ Analyze large sets of water-related data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
β’ Develop and maintain data models that support accurate and meaningful analysis.
β’ Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to derive insights from water-related datasets.
2. BI Tool Development: β’ Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions tailored to water industry requirements.
β’ Utilize BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create interactive dashboards and reports.
β’ Ensure that BI solutions provide actionable insights for water quality, consumption, and infrastructure management.
3. Data Integration and ETL: β’ Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
β’ Develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to streamline data integration workflows.
β’ Work on optimizing data pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
4. Performance Optimization: β’ Optimize BI solutions for performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
β’ Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
β’ Implement best practices for data indexing, partitioning, and storage.
5. Documentation and Training:
β’ Document BI solutions, data models, and workflows for future reference.
β’ Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing BI tools and interpreting visualizations.
β’ Stay informed about advancements in BI technologies and methodologies.
