Job DescriptionΒ Β 

In Corporate Finance, Summer Financial Analysts may work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services and client industries. These services include mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. Throughout the summer, you will work with a highly talented and dedicated staff of professionals who will give you broad exposure to the many different issues and concerns affecting businesses today.Β Β 

You will research and analyze financial statements, general and industry-specific economic conditions and developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.Β Β

QualificationsΒ Β 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027Β Β 

  • Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in financeΒ Β 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsΒ Β 

  • Strong work ethic and leadership skillsΒ Β

  • A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applicationsΒ Β

Salary Range

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$110,000.00
