We are seeking an Accountant & Financial Analyst for our growing team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. The Accountant & Financial Analyst role combines responsibilities in both accounting and financial analysis, providing a unique opportunity for a versatile professional with expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze the general ledger, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

Perform account reconciliations and manage general ledger entries for accuracy.

Process sales tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Prepare and manage financial reports to ensure accuracy and clear communication of results and projections.

Lead automation improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency.

Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, providing insights to guide financial decision-making.

Analyze revenue and cash inflow projections to support business goals.

Create and refine pricing models to aid in competitive market positioning.

Collaborate with team members and departments as needed to support various finance initiatives.
What You Bring:
Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3 – 5 year's experience in an accounting role.

Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software solutions preferred.

Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proven history of creating data models and utilizing good data structure.

Able to work collaboratively across disciplines with excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
