We are seeking an Accountant & Financial Analyst for our growing team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. The Accountant & Financial Analyst role combines responsibilities in both accounting and financial analysis, providing a unique opportunity for a versatile professional with expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:Β 


Β 



  • Review and analyze the general ledger, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.Β 



  • Perform account reconciliations and manage general ledger entries for accuracy.Β 



  • Process sales tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.Β 



  • Prepare and manage financial reports to ensure accuracy and clear communication of results and projections.Β 



  • Lead automation improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency.Β 



  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, providing insights to guide financial decision-making.Β 



  • Analyze revenue and cash inflow projections to support business goals.Β 



  • Create and refine pricing models to aid in competitive market positioning.Β 



  • Collaborate with team members and departments as needed to support various finance initiatives.Β

Required qualifications:Β 


Β 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Β 



  • 3 – 5 year's experience in an accounting role.Β 



  • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software solutions preferred.Β 



  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Β 



  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Β 



  • Proven history of creating data models and utilizing good data structure.Β 



  • Able to work collaboratively across disciplines with excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.Β 



  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.Β
