Position Description
The Assistant Program Manager/Senior Data Analyst will play a dual role in overseeing projects and programs while also providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. This position will support the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Command by managing performance, analyzing data, and ensuring efficient system operations.
Education/Experience
Four yearsβ experience working in an Army Medical Maintenance work environment; four (4) yearsβ experience processing MD/MDS data using Army Systems; Army Instructor Qualification (or equivalent civilian experience); and familiarity with USAR processes and procedures.Β
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write, review, and edit proposals, reports, policies, speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. This requires the ability to read, understand, analyze, and respond to policies, procedures and other forms of written correspondence at the professional level and includes correspondence that is submitted and reviewed at the Director, VP, and President/CEO levels.
Basic math skills in addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must some knowledge with the list of following concepts and tools: Basic computer skills.
