Summary of Role

This Business Analyst position resides on our Onboarding Engineering team and is responsible for delivering the value our products provide to new Brands and Franchisees. These applications are heavily data driven and rely on integrating data from all facets of a restaurant’s operations including Point-Of-Sales, Labor, Third-Party Delivery, and many more. We have thousands of restaurants on our platform and ingest hundreds of millions of datapoints monthly. You will work closely with our clients to understand their data and the metrics they need to run their business.

Responsibilities

Β§ Work directly with brand and franchisee technical teams to understand data landscape and how it fits into Delaget.

Β§ Analyze incoming data sources and map to high level concepts

Β§ Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and solution options to deliver Delaget products to new Brands and Franchisees.

Β§ Become a subject matter expert for incoming data sources and Delaget product configuration.

Β§ Assist with testing and validation of development work.

Β§ Work as a liaison with Product and Support Teams.

Β§ Document data workflows.

Β§ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Β§ 3+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Β§ Ability to speak to technical and non-technical customers.

Β§ Experience analyzing data in various formats such as XML and JSON.

Β§ Familiarity working with external APIs.

Β§ Prior experience working with a software engineering team

Β§ Prior experience developing requirements for implementing data integrations between organizations.

Β§ Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

Β§ Experience with relational databases and SQL.

Β§ Experience managing various sized projects.

Β§ Thrives in a fast paced work environment.
