Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Reviewing company databases and external sources to make statistical inferences, to complete reports and to create presentations based on their findings
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Interpreting data, analyzing results by using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filtering and “cleaning” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct data errors
• Working with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities related to production, purchasing, sales, and financial data
• Discovering ways to maximize efficient operations through >KPIs and metrics to measure the success of company initiatives

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of experience preferably within manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field 
• Experience in market research, data analysis, or business analysis 
• Knowledge of pricing theory and practices
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficient in the use of various software programs.
• Knowledge of EPICs and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is an asset.

• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, SQL) and pricing optimization tools 
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional modeling capabilities.
• Sharp business acumen and the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• A solid self-starter and collaborator who understands and can articulate key drivers of the business, prioritizes efforts and resources to drive results.
• Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and pricing decisions

The annual base salary range for this position is $97,040 - $133,430. If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
