The activities the candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:
1.ย ย ย Research and understand FDOT business processes and their inter-relationships.
2.ย ย ย Research and understand assigned FDOT applications and systems.
3.ย ย ย Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units.
4.ย ย ย Gather and document business and technical requirements.
5.ย ย ย Coordinate and lead the activities of the development team.ย
6.ย ย ย Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and other documents in support of the Identity Administration and Governance solution.
7.ย ย ย Coordinate data migration and development teams.
8.ย ย ย Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements.
9.ย ย ย Develop test plans and execute test cases and scripts.
10.ย Coordinate and oversee the User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing.
11.ย Track bugs and backlog items using Microsoft DevOps.
12.ย Provide daily updates to the Project Management Team.
13.ย Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.
Candidate must be able to apply specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:
1.ย ย ย Business Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw.
2.ย ย ย System Analysis & Design: Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques.
3.ย ย ย Facilitation: Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
4.ย ย ย Technical Understanding: Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
5.ย ย ย Project Management: Knowledge of State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1. Ability to apply principles and techniques in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
