Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.



Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.



Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Business Operations Manager aligned to ERP and HCM CPG and Life Sciences


Experienced Sales Operations Leader skilled in all aspects of commercial sales operations, including planning and budgeting, people development and support, process re-engineering and supporting automation implementation, and reporting and analysis. Highly proficient in executive and field communications, program and process development, team management and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic operational programs across the Up-market sales teams at the direction of the Chief of Staff.

  • Manage initiatives from design to implementation.Β  Responsibilities include assessment of issue, identification of key players, gaps in process or tools, project plans, communication plans.Β 

  • This role will coordinate with other operations managers, to ensure consistency, implementation, and training, as well as change management.

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders.

  • Be responsible for program quality, adoption, compliance throughout the process.

  • Report overall program status to management on regular and ad-hoc basis.

  • Put in place the governance and operational working practices of the program.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 7+ years of sales operations experience

  • 5+ years of program management experience

  • 5+ years of management experience

  • 5+ years of operations experience driving projects

  • Go to market and territory construction experience needed

  • Experience driving operational excellence, Β using KPI’s

  • Oracle systems, tools and process knowledge

  • Knowledge of ERP and HCM products, highly useful
