Description:

The Information Security Incident Response team is looking for a Business Analyst to provide requirements gathering, workflow design, and documentation support as part of a case management redesign and migration project. The incident response team is responsible for managing the detection and reporting of information security and insider threat incidents, supporting all Firm Business Units. The Team coordinates with the Business Units, Legal, Corporate Security and IT to gather incident details, assess risk and assist with remediation, ensuring compliance to regulatory and Firm standards.

Responsibilities include:

-Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders to gather project requirements

-Create workflow storyboards to demonstrate target state operations

-Create process models, diagrams, and agile storyboards to provide direction to system developers

-Review existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization

-Update team procedures and support documentation for migration to new collaboration tool

-Track project status and updates for stakeholder management reporting


Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a client focused environment within a process re-engineering/governance space; evaluating data, optimizing processes, driving project execution and managing executive-level reporting

-Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

-Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

-Ability to translate complex information into meaningful documentation and reporting

-Strategic problem solver who quickly identifies strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for efficiencies to deliver immediate and long-term improvements

-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio)

-Experience with Jira

Skills Desired :

-Experience with Information Security, Insider Threat, or Incident Management related tools is preferable, however, not mandatory

-Familiarity with Agile methodology
