Business Analyst

KēSTA I.T. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support technology-driven initiatives and facilitate collaboration across various teams. This role is responsible for overseeing DevOps processes, maintaining documentation, and managing multiple system environments to ensure efficiency and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and document technical processes related to DevOps workflows.
• Oversee the coordination and utilization of different system environments and platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of technical initiatives.
• Track and report the progress of technical projects and team activities to leadership through verbal and written updates.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to drive collaboration and efficiency across departments.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Capable of balancing and coordinating multiple priorities across different teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of system operations and interfaces.
• Ability to assess emerging issues and escalate them when necessary.
• Familiarity with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus.

Work Location:

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
