Business Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and financial industries, with the ability to facilitate complex data gathering and design collaboration meetings independently. This role requires prior experience with RESTFul Services, SQL technologies, and integration projects involving complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the application development project.
- Facilitate data gathering and design collaboration meetings to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of RESTFul Services and SQL technologies.
- Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to project lifecycle management controls.
- Provide support and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct testing and validation of the developed application to ensure it meets business requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology field.
- At least 3 years of business experience within the financial industries.
- Proven ability to independently facilitate complex data gathering and design collaboration meetings.
- Prior experience with RESTFul Services and SQL technologies.
- Experience working on integration projects involving complex enterprise applications.
- Branch banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of generic project lifecycle management controls.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Solid understanding of requirement engineering processes.
- Ability to comprehend complex functional architecture.
- Experience in writing detailed test cases, personas, and user journeys.
- Experience in design collaborations.
