Job Description

Our client requires a Business Analyst is to work closely with business representatives to gain a thorough understanding of identified program changes and system improvements, then work with the technical team members responsible for making the necessary changes to the affected applications.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements
-University graduation, diploma or certificate in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or related discipline
-Experience working as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise custom software application development and deployment environment.
-Experience performing the following activities: - document requirements - document or analyze business process or scenarios develop surveys - develop use cases or stories - develop business process models - develop decision or change requests - develop vision documents - develop communications plan
-Experience working closely with clients to assess and analyze their business needs, performing all of the following activities: - interviewing business clients - conducting impact analysis - leading requirements workshops
-Experience working on concurrent projects as a Business Analyst.

Desirables
-Experience working on Enterprise applications or projects spanning multiple technical environments.
-Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries, terms of reference documents, privacy documents, procedures, standards and guidelines documents.
-Experience analyzing and understanding web metrics and analytics.
-Experience working with SQL.
-Experience in planning/monitoring user acceptance testing.
-Experience with modern interactive website requirements analysis and design.
-Experience with change management activities planning and carrying out change.
-Experience with Agile project development methodologies.
-Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment where your activities were required to adhere to Project Management best practices, standards and process.
-Experience providing end user operational system support.
-Experience providing support in the implementation and /or enhancement of an Identity and Access Management System protecting over 20 applications.
-Experience developing and delivering training materials.
-Experience interpreting and providing input to conceptual and logical data models.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
-The ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team.
-The ability to: manage stress, manage conflict, communicate effectively (verbal and written)
