Job Description:
ā¢ Must be familiar with Toyota Lean and standard work.
ā¢ Business Analysis with minimum 5 years of experience
ā¢ Experience visually mapping as-is and to-be process flows
ā¢ Experience with IT process flows. This shall include IT service desk, back office activities, and software development
ā¢ Experience developing standard work documentation
ā¢ Experience leading process discovery workshops
ā¢ Skills should include documenting with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word
ā¢ Preferred Candidate should have a BABOK and/or PMI-PBA Certification
