Business Analyst - HCD/UX

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

This person will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

Requirements:

• DOD or Air Force experience is a plus
• Experience planning and facilitating HCD and UCD sessions with diverse client stakeholder groups (technical and non-technical) to support data strategy development
• Experience synthesizing HCD/UCD session inputs into tangible and tactical outputs for implementation team
