Business Analyst, Operations

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives, analyze data, and develop operational strategies to enhance workforce management and customer experience. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Account Management and regularly collaborate with the Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Technical Support teams.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing and implementing workforce management strategies, including staffing models and capacity planning
  • Collaborating with department heads to optimize workforce efficiency
  • Creating and documenting quality management frameworks, including standards, processes, and metrics
  • Investigating customer complaints and identifying root causes of inefficiencies
  • Mapping customer-facing processes and recommending process enhancements
  • Designing and monitoring operational analytics dashboards
  • Providing insights and reports to drive data-informed decisions across operations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce, process, or quality management
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management principles (forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning)
  • Experience in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies for process improvements
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Project management experience in process improvement projects
  • Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry
