We are looking for a driven, high-energy, technical and results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of Business Analyst II, within the Campaign Data Strategy function
In this role, you will be spearheading a number of different campaigns across our Acquisition and Base portfolios, in doing so, you will be working with various cross-functional team members to ensure campaign data is optimized, accurate and delivered within the business requirements. You will also help with facilitating data investigations and universe sizing exercises for our strategic marketing campaigns.
Candidates for the role should be curious to understand the βwhyβ and βhowβ behind the data, and are passionate about using the data to craft a better customer & sales experience.

- Examine and interpret data to draw conclusions that drive marketing campaign execution
- Assemble multiple data sources across various databases to build campaign ready data
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic and cross-functional marketing team to drive results
- Extract, Scrub, and modify raw data using SQL queries, from various data sources
- Present data findings and recommendations in forums
- Develop new analytical solutions to provide timely insights to the business
- Build automated solutions to create standardized datasets to increase efficiency for campaign execution
- Implement business intelligence rules, optimize data processes and perform data quality audits
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, help foster the relationships and lead data enablement programs
- Effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholders providing them with regular updates on programs and new solutions
Qualifications
What you bring
- You are a SQL expert, with breadth in data automation, modification and process-improvement
- You have experience spearheading large scale projects, defining business outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and partnering with multiple team members
- You can manage ambiguity and change with a learning and growth mindset
- You love digging into quantitative and qualitative data
- You have advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
- You have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance
- Proficiency with SQL, Oracle and Google Cloud, and Salesforce products
- Confidence to adapt to and manage changing, and occasionally conflicting, priorities
- Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
- Post-secondary degree in Information Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative discipline
