For one of our long-term multiyear project we are looking for a Business Analyst out of Madison, WI.
Qualifications
Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
• Maintaining software and/or vendor managed software, performing activities such as maintenance, developing reports, testing, upgrades, and configurations.
• Communicating software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
• Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
In addition to the above, well qualified applicants will have experience:
• Experience in Agile environment and System development.
• Test script maintenance and Test automation.
• Working in government or correctional environment.
• Experience with SQL.
• BA experience with ability to understand and document the Business requirements.
• Experience with change management systems and/or processes.
• Good business process mapping and process capture though Visio flow diagrams.
• Ability to identify integration points.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboards maintenance.
• Experience in process improvements and IT systems integration.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Ability to work with business teams and good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in User Acceptability Testing and ability to run regression tests on systems and identify, design, and optimize the new and existing test cases.
• JIRA experience.
• Follow Good Documentation Practice.
