About the Role


As a Business Intelligence Engineer at Finfare, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, tracking, and developing enterprise-wide metrics to drive Finfare’s product and business strategies. You will lead efforts to design and implement key metrics for verticals and build enterprise-level dashboards using tools like Sigma Computing and Tableau. This role requires close collaboration with the Data Team and key stakeholders to ensure that reporting needs are met efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.


We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is creative, can connect the dots across verticals, and is an expert in data storytelling.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to understand their data needs

  • Lead data analysis efforts to identify key metrics and trends

  • Develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing and Tableau

  • Provide strategic, data-driven insights to support internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure data visualization is clear, insightful, and accessible for stakeholders

  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and lead other projects as assigned

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Design and conduct A/B testing and other experiments to inform business strategy

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • 4 to 5 Days Onsite

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 4+ Years of experience in business intelligence or a related field

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL

  • Expertise in Tableau and building complex dashboards

  • Proficiency in Sigma Computing

  • Advanced knowledge of Snowflake

  • Deep understanding of general data management practices

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Background in FinTech a plus but not required

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a fintech or data-intensive industry

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and techniques


Compensation


The salary range for this position is $90k - $130k+ (depending on experience).
