Position Summary: This position will collaborate with Program Teams to form a high performing business operations and development team pursuing and executing business opportunities. This includes participating in program operations and execution, new business identification and proposal development and corporate marketing. The right candidate is required to have creative writing skills, learn quickly, be organized and able to work in a fast paced headquarter office environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist operations and program team in the execution of program activities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the creation, delivery, and review of program reports and closure of action items related
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify, maintain, and track programs opportunities and files.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create and manage presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop content updates for organization files, marketing material, website, and recruiting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct, record, and maintain semiweekly meetings and minutes
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct market research, opportunity analysis, and competitive contract intelligence for target business opportunities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Actively participate in the business development process, update company business development database and produce related management reports
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support all technical business recruiting efforts in the creation and management of position descriptions and applicant tracking systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support office administration in additional tasks

Skills/Education
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Business concentrating in marketing/sales/entrepreneurship or operations management is desired
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media applications is desired
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent oral and creative writing skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be a U.S. Citizen.
