Job Description:
This job is responsible for ensuring operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and monitoring processes are in adherence to enterprise data management standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance.
The Data Analyst role transfers knowledge and trains the team and works in partnership with peers to drive coordination efforts and execute the work to support key deliverables specific to their respective product to deliver an integrated set of horizontal product data capabilities.
CFO Data Management (CFO DM) is responsible for ensuring data is timely, accurate and complete with respect to Bank of Americaβs CFO Functionβs needs and use cases. This role will be responsible for Climate/ESG and Counterparty Data within a larger data environment.
The individual will have a unique opportunity to support the firmβs Regulatory Reporting team, in addition to the innovative and evolving Sustainable Finance and Climate strategy, specifically, CFO accurate and measured reporting of the on balance sheet component of Bank of Americaβs commitment to mobilize $1.5T in capital to environmental transition and social inclusive development by 2030, in addition to reporting and disclosing exposure to physical and transition risks as well as financing of measures to mitigate climate change.
This analyst will be responsible for working with CFO partners to add data elements, enhance data quality and perform ad hoc data extracts/analysis to ensure that we can produce accurate, complete, and well controlled reports and analytics of the firmβs balance sheet supporting Regulatory Reporting and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).Β
