JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Research Data Specialist I assists the team in removing sensitive patient information from clinical trial surgical videos, completing data records, and managing clinical site support.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Work (100%)

  • Removes sensitive patient information from videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Performs procedure grading for clinical trial data
  • Record timestamps at milestones for clinical trial procedure videos
  • Supports Clinical Science Team with ad hoc tasks as required
  • Required to pass primary client-based training within 6 weeks of hire date. Β 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Technical writing experience, preferred
  • Ophthalmology experience, preferredΒ 
  • Adobe Premiere Pro experience, preferredΒ 
  • 0-2 years experience inΒ HIPAA/PHI compliance and clinical video editing"

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)Β 
  • Strong communication, motivation, and attention to detail
