Customer Service & Data Specialist - Seasonal

Do you love providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for organization? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Seymour, IN as a Customer Service & Data Specialist. You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This includes gathering customer concerns and accurate pond/lake profiles to best serve their needs.
 

This position is seasonl and run from February - September

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from new customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Be the friendly and helpful voice of our company when new prospective customers contact us!
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering strong relationships with our customers

Data Management:

• Input and maintain customer files and lake data according to company standards
• Assist with creating communication materials for customer onboarding and service updates
• Input and update customer and lake data into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Generate reports and track key metrics related to customer service and lake management projects

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software a plus
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
