Full-Time/Day Shift
This position provides data and analytical support for CORE's research and evaluation projects, including managing data, creating analytic plans for research projects, generating reports, and performing statistical analysis.Β

Through this work, we deliver insights that help shape and sustain healthier systems, policies, programs, and communities. As a Data Analyst, you willΒ conduct analysis for health services research and program evaluations,Β construct and report on health careΒ quality measures, and develop data collection tools like surveys and tracking systems. Responsibilities include managing participant samples, using statistical software for data analysis, and creating visual data representations. You will also collaborate with team members to meet grant requirements, provide technical support for research projects, and helpΒ inform dataΒ architecture to support project needs.
We are looking for individuals with experience in data management and statistical analyses, preferably using software such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R. Proficiency in data visualization tools like ggplot, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is also essential. Candidates should have experience in research and evaluation, including survey development and technical report writing. Working with large administrative datasets or electronic health records is a key aspect of the role. Excellent communication skills are needed to translate complex data into meaningful findings for decision-making. Familiarity with Medicaid programs, behavioral health treatment services, and social services is highly valued. Above all, a commitment to advancing health equity and addressing systemic health disparities is crucial for this position.
