Job Description
SUMMARY: The Data Science Analyst assists in the preparation, design and execution of models and data products to improve the academic and business outcomes of Stride.Β The position participates as a member of the analytics team identifying and analyzing school data, proprietary data, and third-party data to answer thoughtful and relevant research questions and provide replicable, well-documented analyses.

Compensation & Benefits:Β Stride, Inc. considers a personβs education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the positionβs work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employeeβs salary level.Β Salaries will differ based on these factors, the positionβs level and expected contribution, and the employeeβs benefits elections.Β Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $66,379.50 to $170,037.60.Β Eligible employees may receive a bonus.Β This salary is not guaranteed, as an individualβs compensation can vary based on several factors.Β These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.Β Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.Β
