1. Designs data collection instruments, including forms and fields in currently utilized data gathering software
2. Utilizes SPSS and other statistical software to analyze and interpret data
3. Prepares SPSS syntax files
4. Develops reports for agency’s performance improvement and management decision-making
5. Responds to data requests for grant/proposal preparation and other needs of the agency 6. Performs other related duties as assigned by Administrator or Director of Program Development
