About the Job


We currently have an exciting opportunity for Data Analyst II Ecommerce Product Analytics working with our Enterprise Analytics team. This position will help in measurement, reporting, and insights efforts for our Tailored Brands digital products which include our eCommerce websites, an in-development consumer-facing mobile app, and our store workforce mobile apps.Β 


What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities



  • Ensure we are tracking the right data - scrutinize our assumptions behind our product strategies and tactics and drive tracking & measurement changes that ensure we can effectively measure as well as uncover new insights.

  • Deliver customer-focused analyses\:Β  Drive positive customer experiences, increase conversion, and understand online customers deeply using Customer Segmentation, Retention and Reactivation, Lifetime Value and other predictive models.

  • Develop and streamline reporting and dashboards. Identify what metrics matter as you craft elegant reports and proactively monitor them.Β  Improve data sources and automate processes so that you can maximize time spent on high value ad-hoc pursuits.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Data Engineering to develop ongoing improvements to data quality, standardized definitions, governance, tools, and approaches.Β 

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously based on what is most impactful to the business and our customers.

  • Present analyses in a clear, interpretable, and applicable way that can be shared widely, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.

  • Partner across Analytics to share learnings, align on methodologies and leverage best practices.


What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience



  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with progressive responsibility initiating, executing, and presenting projects for cross-functional teams.

  • 3+ years in eCommerce, Marketing, Consumer or Digital Analytics, preferably within eCommerce and/or retail.

  • Deep understanding of clickstream event data instrumentation and taxonomy – we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Big Query.

  • Fluent with complex SQL queries and dataset transformations on large datasets. Proficiency in R or Python a plus.

  • Deep experience in advanced data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI which allow you to create rich dashboards and derive insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; act as a bridge among business, analytics and engineering teams.Β 

  • Experience leveraging data to drive strategic recommendations and influence decisions

  • Confidence to scrutinize and share the limitations of our analyses when the data isn’t perfect.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Marketing Analytics, or relevant experience

  • Exposure to A/B testing process, outcomes and tools

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands



  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of timeΒ 

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily

  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment

  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.

$90,000-120,000. This salary range is specific to Colorado, New York, California, and Washington, and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
