Data Analyst - Power BI Specialist

Ignite Digital Services (IDS) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our data transformation initiatives, leveraging Power BI to drive insights and decision-making. Knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, Databricks, or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Power BI Expertise: Develop and manage advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI to support business decisions.
• Data Transformation: Lead and support data transformation projects, ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis, interpret results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize additional tools like Tableau, Qlik, Databricks, or Jira as needed to support broader data initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in data processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and report development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data analysis tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Databricks, or Jira.
• Experience in data transformation and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Salary: $90k+ to align with education and experience
