Career Team is seeking a Data Specialist who will be instrumental in supporting the Northern New Mexico TEAM through meticulous data management. The Data Specialist will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant participant data, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and facilitating the implementation of quality improvement initiatives through detailed data insights. This role also includes providing data-driven technical assistance for performance enhancement. The Data Specialist will operate under the supervision of the Executive Director.Β This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
