Our team is seeking to hire ePRISMS Data Specialists to support real property portfolio management. The Data Specialist is responsible for performing ePRISMS data sustainment activities to achieve specific performance metrics while ensuring full compliance (zero errors) with data quality standards. Upon request, the Installation ePRISMS Data Specialist will support IMCOM, the Directorate and Installation ePRISMS users with data, analysis and training on how to use ePRISMS. Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the Installationβs ePRISMS subject matter expert & facilitate all requests for ePRISMS support.
- Acquire knowledge of, use and mentor others in the use of Real Property business systems (AIA, ASIP, ePRISMS, GFEBS, HQIIS, RPLANS).
- Perform data collection surveys per schedule, ensuring data quality & completeness while meeting performance metrics.
- Organize and lead ePRISMS validation meetings.
- Perform authorized updates to the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) utilizing validated ePRISMS data.Β
- Provide ePRISMS support to the installation, to include training, data calls and other requests for real property data.
- Apply the business process, terminology, policies and regulations, and systems requirements for real property-based information management analysis
- Analyze and interpret the impact of military doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education and personnel on facilities requirements
- Identify and develop courses of action to address or mitigate facility imbalances
- Provide project updates, metrics, communication, and documentation to clients and stakeholders
- Provide daily support and interact with customers
RequirementsΒ
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of related experience.
- Prior military service or history of working with Army organizational information.
- Strong understanding of Army Real Property policies, workflows and guidance.
- Direct experience with Army Real Property, GFEBS and ePRISMS.
- Knowledge of Army real property and facilities management process is required
- Should have knowledge of relevant Army Regulations pertaining to Real Property, Master Planning, and Space Management
- Experience with CADD and/or GIS software and highly proficient in MS Office suite.
- MUST be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- MUST have a valid driverβs license.
- MUST be a US CitizenΒ
