We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to join our team, focusing on creating impactful, visually appealing dashboards and client reports. This role will play a critical part in helping our clients understand their data and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is skilled in Tableau, proficient in SQL, and ideally has experience in marketing data analysis. This position involves building and maintaining dashboards, connecting Tableau to Google BigQuery, and supporting client-specific reporting needs. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesΒ (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide insightful and meaningful data visualizations for internal and client use.
  • Connect Tableau with Google BigQuery to enable efficient data retrieval and visualization.
  • Customize and maintain templated client reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and data teams to understand reporting requirements and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Optimize and streamline dashboard performance and data extraction processes.
  • Stay up to date with Tableau and other data visualization trends to improve dashboard effectiveness and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data visualization, preferably with Tableau.
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics and analytics, with experience analyzing and interpreting marketing data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for data storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights understandably.
  • Desired Proficiency in SQL, with experience connecting and querying cloud-based databases, such as AWS and Google BigQuery.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
