Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis:ย Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns) to measure performance and identify trends.
  • Campaign Performance:ย Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization:ย Monitor and execute campaign optimization to enhance performance and achieve marketing goals.
  • Reporting:ย Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
  • SEO and SEM:ย Analyze and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic and paid search performance.
  • A/B Testing:ย Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Market Research:ย Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the digital landscape.
  • Collaboration:ย Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that align with business goals.
  • Tool Management:ย Utilize various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to track and measure digital marketing performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
