The Email Marketing Analyst is responsible for the communication and monitoring of business and technical requests pertaining to Email Marketing projects, initiatives, and general needs. He/She is also responsible for audience segmentation and creation, and conducts/supports data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. He/She is the point person for Email Marketing Technical and data related initiatives and requests.

Audience Segmentation:

• Audience Segmentation and creation for Emails in Emarsys
• Uploading data CSV’s to Relational DB Servers
• Audit/maintain automation campaigns regularly to ensure design, SL, content is up to date
• Monitor daily deliverability stats

Technical Managment:

• Troubleshoot technical areas pertaining to ESP (and other email related environments)
• Gather requirements, write up and submit technical and project related requests, monitor and follow up on status
• Communicate with IS Liaison (and other business units) to clarify, approve, and drive research/solutions

Testing and Analysis:

• Run Email Performance and Analytics Reports
• Monitor feed and send volume (daily/weekly/monthly numbers) to proactively identify anomalies
• Version and Subject Line AB Testing (Test setup/reporting)
• Audit/maintain automation campaigns regularly to ensure design, SL, content is up to date

Required Skills:

• Excell (Intermediary)
• Understanding of Data Organization
• Good understanding of B&H products and general knowledge about their applications to the end-user
• Basic knowledge of Html
• Capacity and enthusiasm for technical learning
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to Multitask

Bonus Skills:

• Creative Media Experience (Photography, Video, Pro Audio, etc)
• SQL/MYSQL/Oracle
• Pandas/Python

• Advanced Html
• Marketing/Digital Marketing best practices
• Understanding of design principles
• Adobe Photoshop / CS
