        Job Summary:

        The ERP Business Analyst will provide essential support to the Finance/Manufacturing Operations Business Analyst Manager. The primary role is to optimize and enhance our NetSuite platform through strategic evaluation and implementation of business needs, technical specifications, and process improvements.

        Primary Duties:

        • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their business requirements
        • Validate the feasibility of proposed technical solutions
        • Assess new products, workflows, and innovative ideas
        • Design, develop, and test technology solutions for process enhancements
        • Facilitate user acceptance testing and adoption processes
        • Identify potential risks and propose viable mitigations to ensure project success
        • Guarantee system efficiency by evaluating and documenting improvements
        • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, identifying root causes and problematic trends
        • Aid in managing and resolving support incidents
        • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP software technology and industry trends

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Liaise effectively with stakeholders to understand their business requirements
        • Ability to meet project deadlines
        • Demonstrate creativity and critical thinking in process evaluation
        • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written

        Job Relationships:

        • Reports directly to the Finance/ Manufacturing Operations Business Analyst Manager
        • Collaborates and coordinates activities with the IT department and relevant business units

        Requirements:

        • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
        • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, and ERP systems used in manufacturing.
        • Proficiency in systems analysis and project management
