Job Description

• Building out SSIS templates using industry best practices
• Utilizing SSIS and similar ETL tools to convert customer data from legacy systems to our corporate systems
• Supporting ETL Manager and ETL Navigator(s) to ensure an excellent customer experience for the data conversion process
• Performing quality assurance on data conversion projects using documented processes and procedures.
• Documenting and refining policies and procedures for the ETL department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science or similar field
• Excellent experience with data conversion/integration.
• Advanced knowledge of SSIS, including Data Quality Services and Data Profiling Services.
• Fluency in database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word)
• SQL and database development fundamentals
• Experience with aforementioned tools and systems
• Ability to read and understand technical documents written in English
• Ability to share knowledge and expertise with ETL and implementation team members, and to train new ETL Department staff
• Professional approach to clients and other team members
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Takes initiative and works proactively as a team player.
