Position: Financial Analystย 

ย 

Primary Function:ย 

The incumbent is responsible for developing, maintaining and performing financial and business analysis for the companyโ€™s key clients, products & services.ย 

ย 

Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:ย 

  • BioRidge Billingย 
  • Generate billing and Inventory reports
  • EDI Transmissions
  • Maintain Pricing & Products (QuickBooks, Excel, pricing book and product list)
  • Vendor Set up Forms
  • Manage and process credit applications (credit app log)
  • Run D&B reports
  • BioRidge Pricing Analysis (Top/Down)
  • Track POโ€™s with manufacturers and manage backorders
  • Process credit card payments
  • Post payments (checks, ACH & credit card payments)
  • Organize returns/credits with manufacturers
  • Receive POโ€™s into Inventory (item receipts)
  • Monitor inventory
  • Track and monitor quarterly orders
  • Run daily price comparison report on various molecules
  • Daily net impact and credit balance analysis
  • Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (โ€œHIPAAโ€)


Minimum Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High degree of initiative and the ability to be self-motivated
  • Experience in financial & business analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Public speaking / presentation skills required
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
  • Tableau skills preferred, but not required
