Principal Responsibilities:
Performs data mining, analytics, concept development, and auditing
Supports business segment leaders by generating monthly and quarterly reports for discussion with respective team and partners
Develops ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis
Interacts with Accounting team to generate monthly financial reports
Generates budgets across multiple business segments
Conducts advanced metric reporting
Participates in continuous quality improvement process
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
1+ years' experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate FP&A, or Public Accounting
Background in working with professional service businesses
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with additional professional development or designations preferred, such as CFA
Experience with analyzing M&A transactions, including financial modeling and transaction execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and system databases required
Strong analytical skills, including analysis, data collection, process mapping and troubleshooting for root cause
Must be detail-oriented and achieve timeline results
Must demonstrate the organizationβs core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firmβs culture.
Able to interact with various levels of leadership both inside and outside the organization
