We are searching for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing analytical decision support and performance analysis on the key expense drivers in the business. The primary goal of the position is to assist the Finance Manager and help drive profitable results. The Financial Analyst will have full ownership and responsibility for the recording and valuation of all operating expenses for all business segments, as well as the related accuracy and integrity of reported numbers. The position will also have ownership and responsibility of the analysis, forecasting and budgeting of all operating expenses of the business, as well as participating in the annual financial audit.
This individual must possess excellent analytical skills, critical thinking skills and an attention to detail. They must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. A strong accounting background is required. They must also be able to present complex analysis in a simplified way and have the ability to communicate to a variety of business partners and senior management.

Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Generation of daily reporting of KPI鈥檚
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to prepare journal entries and perform various reconciliations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in month-end close process and prepare a variety of monthly reports
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate financial and operational results and provide analysis/explanations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete accurate forecasts working in partnership with business leaders
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide variance analysis to help identify trends of key metrics and potential action needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support business units in preparation of annual strategic planning process
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance or accounting from an accredited four-year college or university, MBA a plus
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting and/or accounting experience preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Accounting Knowledge: understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Data analysis skills: ability to collect, organize and analyze large datasets
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Financial modeling expertise: proficiency in using financial modeling software (MS Excel) including pivot tables and complex charts. PowerPoint knowledge a plus.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong problem-solving skills: self-motivated with ability to take direction and work independently
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills
