Financial Analyst

In this role, you will be the key business partner to the R&D organization.

Accountabilities:

• Develop financial models and ROI analytics that provide information enabling the organization to make solid business decisions
• Develop solid knowledge around key business drivers and deliver value add analysis and information
• Accurately forecast revenue, expenses and headcount while providing strategic analysis and metrics
• Implement financial reporting and forecasting packages that drive discipline and accountability within the business
• Implement advanced P&L modeling, analysis and benchmarking to optimize company’s financial performance
• Design and implement efficient reporting processes enabling finance to have quick turn around on data gathering projects
• Drive financial solutions to continuously improve ROI and cost effectiveness

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• BS and / or MBA with 2 to 5 years of Financial Analyst experience
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and R&D function is a strong plus.
• Strong process development and project management experience
• Outstanding communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly ramp up and provide critical financial analysis to the organization
• Demonstrated successful business partnering experience
• Strong team player and collaborator
