Job requires mobility within the office, including movement on stairways from floor to floor. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment. Must be able and on project sites to travel extensively including extensive driving and deal with effective with the stress associated with a very fast-paced, constantly changing work environment, including handling multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including sitting, standing walking, squat. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, grasp (Right or/and left hand); reach with hands (not above shoulders), and will frequently type. May be required to walk around equipment and machinery, May be exposed to excessive noise at construction site. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds of a maximum size of a banker box... Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus on detail. Regular exposure to all outdoor weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
