Overview

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing financial reports and research, while supporting the business by providing analysis and insight in such areas as financial and expense performance, forecasting, growth initiatives, working capital and investments. Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets, analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related analysis.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Β Β 

  • Develop reports and dashboards of KPIs and key business metricsΒ 
  • Develop departmental budgetsΒ 
  • Update short- and long-term financial and operational forecastsΒ 
  • Provide business analysis and financial modellingΒ 
  • Assist leaders with trending, benchmarking and analysis of results
  • Support strategic planning efforts through analysis and financial planning
  • Assist with preparation of monthly business review materialsΒ 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Regular scheduled attendance
  • Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling< 5%

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Mathematics or Economics from four-year college or university; two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong Financial Planning and Analysis backgroundΒ 

Skills

  • Assess situations and supports decisions by researching, validating and organizing a variety of defined and undefined observations or issues in a fact-based detailed-oriented manner
  • Develops and presents recommendations from accurate assessments and/or analysisΒ 
  • ServesΒ  as an active participant in the development of basic analysis, identification of concerns, and the validation of observations and risks
  • Team player with a professional attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines

Computer Skills

  • Intermediate with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookΒ 
  • Experience with Adaptive and Power BI preferred

USD $72,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $83,000.00/Yr.
