We are searching for a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst III to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our financial planning and analysis operations. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, working with budgets and forecasts to provide insightful financial reporting and scenario analyses’ to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze financial information related to costs, prices, expenses, and revenues.
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, to story tell financial performance with minimal direction required.
    • Creation of data visualizations and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
    • Monitor and analyze the company's short-term financial position.


  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Assist in the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
      • *There are a couple of month end tasks required or ad-hoc as needed
    • Prepare and present financial data to department heads and management.
    • Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively.


  • Process Improvement and Administration:
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Document processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.


Qualifications:


  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as: finance, data analysis, quantitative analysis, economics, business administration, statistics
    • 4+ years of relevant financial analysis and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments
    • Progress towards a professional designation like CFA or MBA may be an asset but not a deciding factor

    Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $93,170 - 109,470 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.Β
