Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and reporting while also managing accounts payable functions. This dual-role position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop financial models to forecast business performance.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

Accounts Payable:

  • Assist in managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, verification, and payment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and address any payment-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and report on accounts payable aging and cash flow.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial analysis.
  • Support the Finance Manager in various finance-related projects and initiatives.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounts payable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
