Power & Utilities Group
Houlihan Lokeyβs growing Power & Utilities (βP&Uβ) Group provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in both sell-side and buy-side M&A and bespoke capital markets activities, as well as the largest and most complex restructuring transactions in the power industry. The P&U Group has global coverage responsibilities for the firmβs investment banking activities in the power sector, including significant sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates for large renewable projects, merchant energy producers and IPPs, power & gas retailers and investor owned utilities. Notably, given the ongoing global energy transition, electricification and other ESG themes, the P&U Group has experienced significant growth in inquiries and projects for renewable project owners, energy tra nsition sector players, and their stakeholders. In addition, the P&U Group has worked on all 15 of the largest P&U restructurings since 2000 including Enron, Energy Future Holdings (TXU), Pacific Gas & Electric and SunEdison. The P&U Group also provides industry support for HLβs market leading fairness and valuation practice. Responsibilities include:
Financial Analysts are typically members of deal teams comprising at least one Managing Director, Vice President, Associate and Financial Analyst.
Basic Qualifications

Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firmβs good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$105,000.00-$125,000.00Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidateβs relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
