Provides data management duties for the department including data extraction, data entry, and data reporting. Maintains assigned databases and generates reports for the department.

Essential Functions:- Enters, collects, and extracts data to and from internal and external sources to incorporate into internal databases.
- Transforms, and prepares data for report creation. Generates and maintains reports, scorecards, and dashboards for internal and external constituents.
- Maintains data accuracy, integrity of databases, and confidentiality of data and hospital information.
- Maintains an environment of safety for clients, self, and others and supports patient safety initiatives.
Education Requirement:Bachelorβs Degree in relevant field, or equivalent education and experience, required.

Skills:- Working knowledge of computer software and ability to create and utilize relational data files. Proficient in database and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously and efficiently.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with individuals from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds and mindsets.
Experience:Experience in data management and reporting, preferred.
