Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating the performance of pricing initiatives and contributing to reports that summarize findings.
  • Support the Sales Commission Manager by gathering and organizing data to measure sales performance and validate commissions.
  • Help analyze and track sales expenses, contributing to forecasting activities.
  • Prepare simple reports and presentations to share data insights with team members.

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
