The Position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive specialist who will manage all aspects of technology and data within the organization. This role involves supporting and training staff, volunteers, and Guests regarding IT, maintaining and improving technological infrastructure, and ensuring that our databases and reporting are timely and accurate.

Job Responsibilities
- Technology Management:β―Maintain and update the organizationβs IT systems, ensuring they meet operational needs and security standards.
- Support Services:β―Provide technical support to Staff, Volunteers, and Guests, ensuring smooth operation of all technological tools and platforms. Including, but not limited to, cloud software, swipe cards, and network.
- Training:β―Conduct training sessions for Staff, Volunteers, and Guests on effective communication practices and technology use.
- Database: Ensure databases are updated and accurate, perform audit checks to ensure staff are inputting data correctly, and the system is working properly.
- Reporting: Track Guest outcomes via Salesforce and connect reported findings for funding partners, applications, and reports.
- Other related duties.
Key Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Passion: β―a genuine commitment to the mission of supporting those in need.
- Education:β―Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Experience:β―Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or data roles, preferably in a non-profit or charity setting.
Skills:
- Technical Skills:β―Proficiency in various IT platforms and devices (including Samsung, Apple, and PC). Experience using Microsoft 365 Admin, Salesforce, and Protect Swipe Card, would be considered an asset.
- Communication Skills:β―Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills:β―Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Team Player:β―Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
